Insight: Swedes plan almost every part of their lives, yet struggle to make time for what matters most: seeing friends.

approach: We created Gapp. a social scheduling app with the tagline Scheduling What Truly Matters. By syncing with your calendar, Gapp identifies the gaps in your schedule and compares them with your friends’ availability. Users can either select a group to find a time when everyone is free or choose a time first and see which friends are available. Once a time is selected, the app sends an invitation automatically, making it easier to turn “we should meet soon” into an actual plan.
